Dining at The Barnsdale offers a relaxed country-house experience, centred around the hotel’s 1760 Brasserie. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, the brasserie serves seasonal dishes built around quality ingredients and familiar flavours, making it an ideal place to enjoy a leisurely meal after a day at Burghley Horse Trials.
For a more indulgent option, guests can enjoy Afternoon Tea in the hotel’s Orangery, providing a peaceful setting to unwind and take in the surrounding countryside. With a relaxed atmosphere throughout and plenty of choice for everything from a morning coffee to a leisurely evening meal, The Barnsdale makes it easy to enjoy a great dining experience without needing to leave the hotel after a busy day at the trials.
