Yes. Official course walks are usually available. Racing Breaks packages include an exclusive hosted cross-country course walk with William Fox-Pitt (and often Alice Plunkett) as standard, giving fence-by-fence insight from one of eventing’s greats.
Official camping and glamping options exist on or near the estate (tickets purchased separately). Racing Breaks packages offer hotel-based accommodation with tickets, transfers and hospitality extras included in one booking.
All packages can be booked with an initial 10% deposit. A further 20% is typically due two months after booking, with the final balance due around 12 weeks before travel. Closer to the event, a higher deposit (or payment in full) may be required.
Deposits for Racing Breaks packages are non-refundable at any stage of cancellation. If you cancel more than 60 days before departure, you will lose the full deposit paid (a minimum of 30% of the booking value). Cancellations made 59 days or fewer before departure result in the loss of the full value of the booking.
