Official Cheltenham Festival 2027 Hospitality
Cheltenham Festival hospitality gives you a comfortable base for the day, a Club admission ticket and a full dining and drinks experience at the home of jump racing, whether you join us for Champion Day, Ladies Day, St Patrick’s Thursday or Gold Cup Day. The 2027 range includes 14 official racecourse restaurants and our very own Racing Breaks Legends Lounge, with packages from £329 per person up to £1,194 per person for the five-course Panoramic Restaurant. As an authorised Cheltenham Racecourse partner we offer official hospitality, plus optional hotel and transfer packages if you want to make a stay of it.

Racing Breaks Legends Lounge
The Legends Lounge is Racing Breaks’ very own hospitality at the Cheltenham Festival, and it returns in 2027. It’s the most sociable way to do the Festival: a complimentary bar, your own designated seat for the day and an exclusive preview, with appearances from Racing Breaks Ambassador Ruby Walsh, Matt Chapman and other racing celebrities. You also get a photo opportunity with the Gold Cup trophy and a £15 food voucher to spend across the racecourse’s food outlets.
It’s also the most accessible way into official Cheltenham hospitality, from £329 per person with Club admission included.

Combine your hospitality with accommodation and transfers?
We create bespoke travel experiences, with personalised itineraries, exclusive events and official hospitality to ensure we offer you the ultimate Cheltenham Festival experience.
Which Cheltenham Festival hospitality package is right for me?
Cheltenham Festival hospitality is available in a wide range of styles for 2027, and the best choice depends on the day you want. Whether you’re entertaining clients, celebrating a milestone or treating friends and family to the biggest week in jump racing, there is a package to suit.
If you want great racing and a lively atmosphere without the formality, the Racing Breaks Legends Lounge, Moscow Flyer Restaurant and The Venue work particularly well. The Legends Lounge has a complimentary bar and racing personalities, and The Venue adds a four-course luncheon with live music.
If watching the action is the priority, look at the course-facing options. The Champions Club has a private viewing balcony, the Final Fence Restaurant and Stein’s overlook the final fence, Four Eighty is glass-fronted and course-facing, and the Cleeve Suite looks across the final fences to the Cotswold countryside. Chez Roux offers a private balcony to watch the horses come up the hill.
The Mandarin and The Horse and Groom bring the feel of a classic British pub to the Festival, with à la carte pub lunches in a relaxed setting.
A dedicated restaurant gives your group its own base for the day. The Venue offers VIP hostess service and reserved car parking labels, and The Champions Club offers waiter and waitress service with a private viewing balcony. Our team can recommend the best fit for your group size and budget.
Chez Roux, the Panoramic Restaurant and the Cleeve Suite are the standouts for fine dining. Chez Roux serves a four-course menu with a Moët Champagne reception, Panoramic serves a five-course à la carte menu, and the Cleeve Suite includes complimentary Champagne throughout the day.
Cheltenham Festival Dress Code
Cheltenham Racecourse has no formal dress code for the Festival. Smart is preferred and widely adopted, and many guests like to dress up, especially on Ladies Day (Style Wednesday) and Gold Cup Day. The most important rule is to dress for the weather. It’s still March, and the course can be cold, wet and windy.
Our tips for hospitality guests:
- Layer up, and pack gloves and a scarf. It is nearly always colder outside than you expect.
- Choose outerwear you’re happy to wear all day. Tweed, a good coat and a hat or flat cap are popular choices.
- Wear comfortable, sensible shoes. Most car parks have trackway, but it’s still a walk to the racecourse.
