Whether you join us for the Opening Day, Ladies Day, or the Randox Grand National itself, the 2027 range includes official Aintree restaurant packages and our very own Racing Breaks Legends Lounge. Packages start from £149 per person for the Legends Lounge and rise to premium fine-dining experiences with private balconies, Champagne receptions and panoramic views of the course and Winning Post.
As an authorised Aintree Racecourse partner we offer official Grand National hospitality, plus optional hotel and transfer packages if you want to make a full weekend of it.
Racing Breaks Legends Lounge

The Legends Lounge is Racing Breaks’ own Grand National hospitality and returns in 2027 following its success the previous year. It is the most sociable and accessible way to enjoy official hospitality at Aintree: a complimentary bar, exclusive preview and tips from Racing Breaks Ambassador Ruby Walsh, Matt Chapman and other racing celebrities, plus a photo opportunity with the Grand National trophy. Located close to the Parade Ring in McCoys with Earl of Derby Terrace admission included, it is the ideal entry point into Grand National hospitality from £149 per person.

If you want great racing and a lively atmosphere without the formality, the Racing Breaks Legends Lounge and Many Clouds work particularly well. The Legends Lounge offers a complimentary bar, exclusive preview and appearances from Racing Breaks Ambassador Ruby Walsh, Matt Chapman and other racing celebrities. Many Clouds adds a modern Chef’s Table experience, private balcony start-line views and entertainment before and after racing.
If watching the action is the priority, look at the course-facing and balcony options. Many Clouds and Silver Birch overlook the Grand National start-line and home straight. Golden Miller and Papillon Restaurant offer private balconies with views of the course and Parade Ring. Sunloch has balconies overlooking the Pre-Parade Ring and Winners’ Enclosure, while the Princess Royal Restaurant provides panoramic views of the racecourse and Winning Post from the fourth floor.
Longma delivers a bold six-course Pan-Asian menu with an Asian-inspired Afternoon Tea and curated cocktails in the Hospitality Pavilion. Numbersixvalverde celebrates a famous Grand National winner with a 4-course Grand Luncheon, chef’s stations and full Afternoon Tea. The Art School stands out for fine dining, with Paul Askew’s six-course tasting menu and unique Champagne Afternoon Tea in Paddock Lodge. Numbersixvalverde, Longma and the Princess Royal Restaurant also deliver premium multi-course menus, inclusive bars and outstanding views or atmosphere.
Grand National Dress Code
Aintree Racecourse has no formal dress code for the Randox Grand National Festival. Smart is preferred and widely adopted, and many guests like to dress up, especially on Ladies Day. The most important rule is to dress for the weather – April can still be cool, wet and windy.
Our tips for hospitality guests:
- Smart attire is expected in all restaurant and lounge packages. Gentlemen are advised to wear a jacket and tie; ladies an elegant dress or tailored separates.
- Layer up and bring a coat or jacket you are happy to wear all day.
- Wear comfortable, sensible shoes – there can be a walk from the car parks to the racecourse.
- Fancy dress and sportswear are not permitted in hospitality facilities.

The Randox Grand National Festival takes place from Thursday 8 to Saturday 10 April 2027 at Aintree Racecourse, Merseyside. The Grand National itself is run on the Saturday.
Gates typically open mid-morning (around 10.30–11.00am depending on the day). We recommend arriving early to enjoy your reception and allow for security checks. Please check the official racecourse times closer to the event.
There is no formal dress code, but smart is preferred and expected in hospitality. Gentlemen should wear a jacket and tie; ladies an elegant dress or tailored separates. Fancy dress and sportswear are not permitted in restaurant or lounge facilities. Dress for the weather and wear comfortable shoes.
