The Morning Gallop event takes place at Meydan Racecourse on Thursday morning, two days before the Dubai World Cup.
You'll be able to catch a glimpse as horses that are due to compete on Dubai World Cup night go through their final trackwork before the big day!
You'll enjoy a lavish breakfast seated in front of Meydan's iconic grandstand and the morning will be hosted with interviews from jockeys, trainers and owners. There will also be entertainment throughout the morning.
Sundowner Desert Safari

The mysterious desert is the ideal venue for a magical and memorable evening. Watch the sun go down as you drive through the dunes to the traditional Bedouin style camp where a delicious dinner awaits.

Flight / Arrival
- Depart from your chosen airport on a direct flight to Dubai
- Upon arrival into Dubai you'll be transferred in a private vehicle from the airport to your chosen hotel.
- You'll have the remainder of the day to relax and recover from your flight.
- Join us on Wednesday late afternoon for a welcome drink at your chosen hotel.
Thursday 26th March 2026
Morning Gallop / Yacht Cruise
- Today is a day for you to relax, or explore Dubai.
- Or, you may wish to add on a trip to the Morning Gallop, a fantastic event held at Meydan on Thursday morning.
- On Thursday afternoon/evening you may like to add a trip on our Yacht Cruise, in previous years this was hosted by Ruby Walsh.
- There are also a number of other excursions you could add, like a Desert Safari or a trip up the Burj Khalifa. Or you could simply relax on the beach or by the pool!
Friday 27th March 2026
Celebrity Drinks Drinks
- Friday is another day for you to relax, or head out and explore Dubai. Spend the day on the beach, by the pool, or head off on another of our excursions. If golf is your thing then why not add a round at one of Dubai's incredible courses?
- On Friday evening you are invited to join us at the Racing Breaks Celebrity Drinks Evening, in previous years we have been joined by Frankie Dettori, Jim Crowley, and other racing personalities with the evening hosted by Rishi Persad & Tom Stanley!
Saturday 28th March 2026
The Dubai World Cup!
- You'll have the morning at leisure to relax before being collected from your hotel and transferred to Meydan racecourse.
- Enjoy a full day of racing with your choice of tickets or hospitality.
- Following Meydan's iconic closing ceremony you'll be transferred back to your hotel.
Sunday 29th March 2026
Flight Home / Departure
- Depending on the time of your flight home, you'll have more time to relax or explore Dubai. Why not recover from Dubai World Cup night by heading for one of Dubai's famous brunches?
- You'll then be collected from your hotel by private vehicle and transferred back to the airport to catch your flight home.
Extend your trip?
Travel to another desintation?
- Your time in Dubai does not need to end on Sunday, stay for a few more days in Dubai and enjoy some time in the sunshine!
- Alternatively you could head back to the airport and catch a flight on to another destination. The choice is yours!
